Account Withdrawal Limitations. You understand we have no obligation to honor a request to withdraw funds if you do not have 1) sufficient available funds in an account or 2) one of our overdraft ser- vices (please see “available balance” in Provision 6.i.). If a check or other transfer or payment order is presented against insufficient available funds in an account, we will require a service charge. If there are sufficient available funds to pay some but not all checks or items drawn or presented against the account, we may pay or allow withdrawals for those checks, transfer or payment orders for which there are sufficient funds in any order we choose, according to appli- cable law and the terms of the BSA.
