ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sample Clauses

The 'Accountabilities and Responsibilities' clause defines the specific duties and obligations assigned to each party under the agreement. It typically outlines who is responsible for particular tasks, deliverables, or areas of oversight, and may specify reporting lines or performance standards. For example, one party may be accountable for providing regular updates, while the other is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations.
