Common use of Accountability Agreement Clause in Contracts

Accountability Agreement. The Ministry and the Agency will enter into an Accountability Agreement. As required by section 18 of LHSIA, the Accountability Agreement will include the following: a. performance goals and objectives for the Agency and the local health system; b. performance standards, targets and measures for the Agency and the local health system; c. requirements for the Agency to report on the performance of the Agency and the local health system; d. a plan for spending the funding that the Agency receives from the Minister, which spending shall be in accordance with the appropriation from which the Minister has provided the funding to the Agency; e. a progressive performance management process for the Agency; and
