Common use of Accountability for Private Profits Clause in Contracts

Accountability for Private Profits. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prohibit any Limited Partner (other than the Carried Interest Partner) or any Associate thereof acting in its own capacity from, directly or indirectly, engaging in the same or similar business activities as the Partnership, including those deemed to be competing with the Partnership and such Limited Partner or any Associate thereof shall not be liable to account to the Partnership or any of the Partners in relation to any such profits and losses.
