Accountants’ Bring-down Comfort Letter. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received from KPMG a letter, dated as of the Closing Time, to the effect that they reaffirm the statements made in the letter furnished pursuant to subsection (f) of this Section, except that the specified date referred to shall be a date not more than three business days prior to the Closing Time.
