Common use of Accountants’ Comfort Letters Clause in Contracts

Accountants’ Comfort Letters. At the time of the execution of this Agreement, the Representatives shall have received from Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab letters, dated such date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letters for each of the other Underwriters containing statements and information of the type ordinarily included in accountants’ “comfort letters” to underwriters with respect to the financial statements and certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

Accountants’ Comfort Letters. At the time of the execution of this Agreement, the Representatives shall have received from each of (i) Xxxxx LLP and (ii) Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab letters& Touche LLP, a letter, dated such date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letters letter for each of the other Underwriters containing statements and information of the type ordinarily included in accountants’ “comfort letters” to underwriters with respect to the financial statements and certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

At the time of the execution of this Agreement, the Representatives shall have received from Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab letters, Touche Tohmatsu LLC a letter dated such date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letters for each of the other Underwriters containing statements and information of the type ordinarily included in accountants’ “comfort letters” to underwriters with respect to the financial statements and certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

At the time of the execution of this Agreement, the Representatives shall have received from Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab letters& Touche LLP letters in the form of Annexes A-1 and A-2 hereto, in each case dated such datethe date hereof, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letters for each of the other Underwriters containing statements and information of the type ordinarily included in accountants’ “comfort letters” to underwriters with respect to the financial statements and certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package Statement and the Prospectus.

At the time of the execution of this Agreement, the Representatives shall have received from Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab letters, letters dated such datedate from (i) Deloitte & Touche LLP and (ii) Deloitte, Hxxxxxx & Sells, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letters for each of the other Underwriters containing statements and information of the type ordinarily included in accountants’ “comfort letters” to underwriters with respect to the financial statements and certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package Statement and the Prospectus.

At the time of the execution of this Agreement, the Representatives shall have received from each of Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab letters, Touche Tohmatsu and ChuoAoyama PricewaterhouseCoopers a letter dated such date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letters letter for each of the other Underwriters containing statements and information of the type ordinarily included in accountants’ “comfort letters” to underwriters with respect to the financial statements and certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package Statement and the Prospectus.

At the time of the execution of this Agreement, the Representatives shall have received from Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab letters& Touche LLP letters in the form of Annexes A and B hereto, in each case dated such datethe date hereof, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letters for each of the other Underwriters containing statements and information of the type ordinarily included in accountants’ “comfort letters” to underwriters with respect to the financial statements and certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package Statement and the Prospectus.

At the time of the execution of this Underwriting Agreement, the Representatives Representative(s) shall have received from each of Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab letters, & Touche LLP and KPMG LLP a letter dated such date, in form and substance satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative(s), together with signed or reproduced copies of such letters letter for each of the other Underwriters Underwriters, containing statements and information of the type ordinarily included in accountants’ “' "comfort letters” " to underwriters with respect to the financial statements and certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package Statement and the Prospectus.

At the time of the execution of this Agreement, the Representatives Representative shall have received from Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab letters, & Touche LLP a letter dated such date, in form and substance satisfactory to the RepresentativesRepresentative, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letters letter for each of the other Underwriters Underwriters, containing statements and information of the type ordinarily included in the accountants’ “comfort letters” to underwriters Underwriters with respect to the financial statements of the Company and covering certain financial information contained included in or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectusother customary information.
