Common use of Accountants' Reports Clause in Contracts

Accountants' Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof, Borrower will deliver or cause to be delivered copies of all significant reports submitted by Borrower’s firm of certified public accountants in connection with each annual, interim or special audit or review of any type of financial statements or related internal control systems of Borrower made by such accountants, including any comment letter submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their services.

Promptly upon receipt thereof, Borrower Representative will deliver or cause deliver, if such accountants consent to be delivered such delivery, copies of all significant reports submitted by Borrower’s Borrowers’ firm of certified public accountants in connection with each annual, interim or special audit or review of any type of financial statements the Financial Statements or related internal control systems of Borrower Borrowers or their Subsidiaries made by such accountants, including any comment letter submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their services.
