Common use of Accountants' Reports Clause in Contracts

Accountants' Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all material reports submitted to the Borrower by its independent accountants in connection with any annual or interim audit of the books of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries made by such accountants which material reports are a necessary part of such annual or interim audit.
