Common use of Accountants' Reports Clause in Contracts

Accountants' Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof, Borrower will deliver copies of all significant reports submitted by Borrower's firm of certified public accountants in connection with each annual audit or review and, if an Event of Default exists at the time of submission, each interim or special audit or review, of any type of the financial statements or related internal control systems of Borrower made by such accountants, including any comment letter submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their services.

Accountants' Reports. Promptly upon receipt thereof, Borrower will deliver or cause to be delivered copies of all significant reports submitted by Borrower's ’s firm of certified public accountants in connection with each annual audit or review andannual, if an Event of Default exists at the time of submission, each interim or special audit or review, review of any type of the financial statements or related internal control systems of Borrower made by such accountants, including any comment letter submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their servicesservices (which requirement shall be deemed satisfied by the filing of such reports with the SEC).

Promptly upon receipt thereof, Borrower Representative will deliver deliver, if such accountants consent to such delivery, copies of all significant reports submitted by Borrower's Borrowers’ firm of certified public accountants in connection with each annual audit or review andannual, if an Event of Default exists at the time of submission, each interim or special audit or review, review of any type of the financial statements Financial Statements or related internal control systems of Borrower Borrowers or their Subsidiaries made by such accountants, including any comment letter submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their services.

Promptly upon receipt thereof, Borrower will deliver copies of all significant reports submitted by Borrower's Holdings’ firm of certified public accountants in connection with each annual audit or review andannual, if an Event of Default exists at the time of submission, each interim or special audit or review, review of any type of the financial statements Financial Statements or related internal control systems of Borrower Holdings or its Subsidiaries made by such accountants, including any comment letter submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their services.

Promptly upon receipt thereof, Borrower will deliver or cause to be delivered copies of all significant reports submitted by Borrower's Xxxxxxxx’s firm of certified public accountants in connection with each annual audit or review andannual, if an Event of Default exists at the time of submission, each interim or special audit or review, review of any type of the financial statements or related internal control systems of Borrower made by such accountants, including any comment letter submitted by such accountants to management in connection with their services.
