Accounting; Accounting Method. For tax reporting purposes of determining Profits and Losses, the books and records of the LLC shall be kept on the accrual method of accounting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied. The books of account and records of the LLC shall be prepared by the LLC and audited by the Auditor. All LLC accounting policy issues shall be subject to final approval by TAG MEX.

  • Accounting Method For both financial and tax reporting purposes, the books and records of the Company shall be kept on the accrual method of accounting applied in a consistent manner and shall reflect all Company transactions and be appropriate and adequate for the Company’s business.
