ACCOUNTING AND DEPOSIT OF FUNDING DISBURSEMENT. A. Separate Accounting of Funding Disbursements: Funding Recipient shall account for the money disbursed pursuant to this Funding Agreement separately from all other Funding Recipient funds. Funding Recipient shall maintain audit and accounting procedures that are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices, consistently applied. Funding Recipient shall keep complete and accurate records of all receipts and disbursements on expenditures of such funds. Funding Recipient shall require its contractors or subcontractors to maintain books, records, and other documents pertinent to their work in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices. Records are subject to inspection by State at any and all reasonable times.
