Accounting and Financial Determinations; No Duplication. (a) Unless otherwise specified, (a) all accounting terms used herein shall be interpreted, all accounting determinations and computations hereunder shall be made, and all financial statements required to be delivered hereunder shall be prepared, in conformity with GAAP and (b) all accounting determinations and computations hereunder or under any other Related Documents shall be made without duplication.
