Common use of Accounting and Retention Policies Clause in Contracts

Accounting and Retention Policies. The Board shall, from time to time, promulgate the accounting policy of the Company (the “Accounting Policy”) and the document retention policy of the Company (the “Records Retention Policy”), which shall govern the maintenance of books and records, the preparation of Financial Statements, the writing off of accounts receivables, and such other matters as are set forth therein. The Accounting Policy and Records Retention Policy shall be at least as stringent and extensive in all respects as the most stringent and extensive equivalent policies adopted by either Dow or Saudi Aramco (or their Affiliates).
