Accounting Changes Requested by Huntsman. Notwithstanding clause (g) above, Venator will make any changes in its accounting estimates or accounting principles that are requested by Huntsman in order for Venator’s accounting practices and principles to be consistent with those of Huntsman.

To the extent that Huntsman is also required to report its financial statements under IFRS post its merger with Clariant Ltd., Venator will also report its financial statements to Huntsman under IFRS consistent with HuntsmanClariant accounting policies.
