Accounting Changes Requested by Post. Notwithstanding Section 6.2(f), each of BellRing LLC and BellRing Inc. shall make any changes in its accounting estimates or accounting principles that are requested by Post in order for BellRing LLC’s or BellRing Inc.’s accounting practices and principles to be consistent with those of Post.
