Accounting Definitions. All accounting definitions not specifically defined herein shall be construed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, applicable statements, bulletins, and interpretations issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and bulletins, opinions, interpretations, and statements issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants or its committees.
