Accounting Firm’s Determinations Are Final and Binding. All determinations made by the Accounting Firm under this section 5.3 shall be final and binding on the Employer and the Executive. All determinations required to be made under this section 5.3 – including the assumptions used to calculate Total Benefits and the Excise Tax – shall be made by the Accounting Firm, which shall provide detailed supporting calculations both to the Employer and the Executive.
