Common use of Accounting for Sale Clause in Contracts

Except as provided in Section 9.9, the Seller will not, and will not permit the Originator to, account for, or otherwise treat, the transactions contemplated hereby other than as a sale of Receivables or inconsistent with the Agent’s ownership interest in the Receivables and Collections.
