ACCOUNTING OF FUND. The National fund of each member country shall be a separate account expressed in United States dollars under the control of its ASEAN National Secretariat and shall be operated in accordance with the financial procedures of that Government.

ACCOUNTING OF FUND. The National fund of each member country shall be a separate account expressed in United States dollars under the control of its ASEAN National Secretariat and shall be operated in accordance with the financial procedures of that Government. The system of accounts currently used by the Government of each member country shall be followed for the accounting of the national fund. The financial year for the national fund shall commence on lst January and shall end on 31st December.
