Common use of Accounting Period MODCO Reserve Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Accounting Period MODCO Reserve Adjustment. At the end of each Quarterly Accounting Period, the Company shall compute an amount equal to the absolute value of the increase or decrease in the Separate Account Reserves due to subaccount investment performance for the Quarterly Accounting Period just ended (the “Quarterly Accounting Period MODCO Adjustment”). The Quarterly Accounting Period MODCO Adjustment for each Quarterly Accounting Period shall be reflected in the Quarterly Settlement Report for such Quarterly Accounting Period.
