Accounting System and Schedules. (a) Maintain a standard and modern system of accounting in accordance with GAAP with ledger and account cards or computer tapes, discs, printouts, and records pertaining to the Collateral which contain information as from time to time may be requested by Agent. Borrowers also shall keep proper books of account showing all sales, claims, and allowances on its Inventory.

Promptly upon request, Borrowers shall deliver to Agent evidence of their ownership or interests in any Equipment.
