Accounting Terms and Matters. Unless the context otherwise requires, all accounting terms herein (including capitalized terms) that are not specifically defined herein shall be interpreted and determined under GAAP applied on a Consistent Basis. Unless otherwise specified herein, all accounting determinations hereunder and all computations utilized by Borrower in complying with the covenants contained herein shall be made, and all financial statements requested to be delivered hereunder shall be prepared, in accordance with GAAP applied on a Consistent Basis.
