Accounts; Application of Funds in Accounts. (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Borrower shall cause the Accounts to be established at Depositary. The Borrower shall, or shall cause, all Actual Net Cash Flows paid to the Borrower by a Partnership Managing Member, Lessor Managing Member or Lessor of a Subject Fund to be deposited in the Revenue Account. (b) Funds on deposit in the Accounts shall be applied in the manner, at the times and in the order of priority as set forth in the CADA.

(b) Funds on deposit in the Accounts shall be applied in the manner, at the times and in the order of priority as set forth in the CADADepositary Agreement.
