Common use of Accounts Eligible For Service Clause in Contracts

Accounts Eligible For Service. We may change from time to time the accounts that may be designated as Service Accounts. We also reserve the right (i) to refuse to include any account among your Service Accounts, or (ii) to allow transactions between or among Service Accounts (and other eligible accounts) under certain circumstances as provided in this Agreement or as may be required by applicable law.
