ACCOUNTS OWED BY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. If any Accounts shall arise out of a contract with the United States of America or any department, agency, subdivision or instrumentality thereof, Borrower shall promptly notify Lender thereof in writing and take all other action requested by Lender to protect Lender's Lien on such Accounts under the provisions of the federal laws on assignment of claims.
