Common use of Accounts Owed by the Federal Government Clause in Contracts

Accounts Owed by the Federal Government. If any Account shall arise out of a contract with the United States of America, or any department, agency, subdivision, or instrumentality thereof, the Borrower shall promptly notify the Bank thereof in writing and shall take all other action requested by the Bank to protect the Bank’s security interest in such Account under the provisions of the federal Assignment of Claims Act, as amended.
