Accounts Payable Aging Reports. Within 60 days after the end of each calendar month, an accounts payable aging for such month presented in a format acceptable to Administrative Agent.
Accounts Payable Aging Reports. As soon as available but in any event within ten (10) days after the close of each month during the term of the Facility, a detailed aging report setting forth amounts due and owing on accounts payable on the Borrower's books as of the close of the preceding month, together with a reconciliation report satisfactory to the Bank showing all adjustments to accounts payable on the Borrower's books as of the close of the preceding month.
