Accounts; Powers of Attorney. There are no persons holding a power of attorney on behalf of the Company or otherwise holding the right to act as an agent on behalf of the Company. Schedule 2.02(l) lists the names and addresses of each bank or other financial institution in which the Company has an account, deposit or safe-deposit box, including the number of each such account, deposit and safe-deposit box.
