Common use of Accounts Settlement Clause in Contracts

Accounts Settlement. Alinma Investment may receive all other payable fees, charges and amounts under this Agreement until its termination date and to be indemnified for all actual losses that it may suffer as a result of settling and meeting the outstanding obligations as well as for all expenses and costs due on the Investor before the termination of this Agreement. Alinma Investment may deduct from the assets of the portfolio account those amounts which it believes are necessary for paying all other fees, charges and other expenses and it may also sell the financial instruments to cover those amounts, if necessary.
