Accounts with the Custodian. The Custodian shall open and operate a bank account or accounts (hereinafter referred to collectively, as "Bank Accounts") on the books of the Custodian; provided that such Bank Account(s) shall be in the name of the Custodian or a nominee thereof, for the account of the Fund, and shall be subject only to draft or order of the Custodian. The responsibilities of the Custodian to the Fund for deposits accepted on the Custodian's books shall be that of a U.S. bank for a similar deposit.
