Accreditation Team Assignment. The AFS-800 division manager will assign sufficient subject matter experts (SME) to assist the NAES with the accreditation process (Accreditation Team). Recommendations of SME will come from the NAES. Team members must strive at all times to maintain a professional and responsive relationship with the applicant. Upon convening, the Accreditation Team handles all matters pertaining to the applicant.
