Common use of Accrual and Payment of Price Differential Clause in Contracts

Accrual and Payment of Price Differential. The Price Differential for each Transaction shall accrue during the period commencing on (and including) the day when the Purchase Price is transferred into the Funding Account (or otherwise paid to Seller) for such Transaction and ending on (but excluding) the day when the Repurchase Price is paid to Buyer. Accrued Price Differential for each Purchased Mortgage Loan shall be due and payable (i) on each Remittance Date and (ii) when any Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, on demand.
