Common use of ACCRUAL OF RENT Clause in Contracts

ACCRUAL OF RENT. Rent shall be considered as annual and accruing from day to day, and where it becomes necessary for any reason to calculate such rent for an irregular period of less than one (1) year an appropriate apportionment and adjustment shall be made. Where the calculation of any Additional Rent is not made until after the termination of this Lease, the obligation of the Tenant to pay such Additional Rent shall survive the termination of this Lease and such amounts shall be payable by the Tenant upon demand by the Landlord.
