Accrued and Unused Vacation. The Company already has or will pay you for unused vacation time for 2019 as of the Termination Date (less applicable withholdings and deductions) on the next payroll date. We remind you that, after the Termination Date, you continue to be bound by the Company’s policies and your contractual commitments regarding the protection of confidential business information, which of course are subject to any laws that require or permit disclosure of such confidential information.
