Accrued Fees and Obligations. Except in the event of termination of this Agreement as a result of a Default by Provider under Sections 5(b)(ii), all accrued and unpaid Monthly Fees shall be due and payable upon termination of this Agreement. Except as expressly provided herein, the expiration or termination of this Agreement or the expiration of or termination of any Service shall not relieve either Party of any obligations or liabilities accruing prior to the date of such termination or expiration.
