Accrued Interest; Funding Losses, Etc. All prepayments under this Section 2.03 shall be made together with all accrued and unpaid interest on the amount to be prepaid and, in the event that any such prepayment is made on a date other than the last day of an Interest Period therefor, any amounts owing in respect of such Loan pursuant to Section 2.07(b).
