Common use of Accrued Rent Clause in Contracts

Accrued Rent. All Rent reserved and all other amounts due or to become due or payable under this Lease (excepting those amounts excluded from Rent pursuant to Section 3.7(b)) shall be deemed, where applicable, to accrue from day to day.
