Accrued rights and liabilities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, any termination of this Agreement pursuant to its terms shall be without prejudice to accrued rights of any Party, including its right to claim and recover damages and other rights and remedies which it may have in law or contract. All accrued rights and obligations of any of the Parties under this Agreement, including, all rights and obligations with respect to Termination Compensation, shall survive the termination of this Agreement to the extent such survival is necessary for giving effect to such rights and obligations.
