Accrued Rights; Surviving Rights and Obligations. Expiration or termination of this Agreement, for any reason, will not relieve either Party of any obligation accruing prior to such expiration or termination. Articles 1, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 and Section 5.5.1 shall survive expiration or termination of this Agreement. In addition, the obligations and rights of any other provisions of this Agreement, which by their nature of the provision and the nature of the termination or expiration, are intended to survive, shall survive and continue to be enforceable.
