Accrued TIG Incentive Income. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Law and consistent with the Company’s obligations to its creditors as reasonably determined by the Manager, the Company shall make Distributions in cash by wire transfer of immediately available funds pursuant to this Section 4.01(f) to the Former TIG Members holding Class B Common Units (which Members shall constitute a separate class or group of members of the Company pursuant to Section 18-302(a) of the Delaware Act solely for purposes of this Section 4.01(f)) with respect to the Class B Common Units held by such Former TIG Members and in proportion to the aggregate number of Class B Common Units held by such Former TIG Members, not more than thirty (30) days after the Company’s receipt of TIG Incentive Income, the TIG Incentive Income Amount.
