Accumulation of Remedies. Except as otherwise specifically provided for in this Agreement, no right, power, privilege or remedy conferred by any provision of this Agreement is intended to be exclusive of any other right, power, privilege or remedy (whether under any other provision of this Agreement, at common law, equity, under statute or otherwise).
