Accumulation of Remedies. Subject to the specific limitations set out in this Contract, no remedy conferred by any provision of this Contract is intended to be exclusive of any other remedy except as expressly provided for in this Contract and each and every remedy shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other remedy given there under or existing at law or in equity by statute or otherwise.
