Accuracy; Additional Information. 7.4.1. Accuracy. Each Investor is solely responsible for ensuring that any information it posts on the Platform is complete, accurate, and/or not otherwise misleading. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that (a) we are not liable to and will not verify or investigate whether any Investor is an Accredited Investor or otherwise meets the qualifications for an offering or any other information posted by an Investor to the Platform; and (b) that other parties are relying on the statements made herein. Any willfully false statement is sufficient cause for removal from the Platform, rejection of eligible investor status, along with other legal causes of action.
