Common use of Accuracy of Certain Information Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Certain Information. All written factual information heretofore furnished by Seller to Buyer with respect to the Transferred Receivables for the purposes of, or in connection with, this Agreement was true and correct in all material respects on the date as of which such information was stated or certified.

All written factual information heretofore furnished by Seller to or at the direction of Buyer (or its assigns) for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement with respect to the Transferred Receivables for (including the purposes ofinformation provided with respect to the historical information attached as Exhibit E to each Indenture Supplement) or the financial condition of Seller or any transaction contemplated hereby was true, or in connection with, this Agreement was true complete and correct in all material respects on the date as of which such information was stated or certified, or as of the date most recently updated thereafter.
