Accuracy of Data and Documentation. The Data and Documentation delivered under this Contract shall be provided in English, shall be accurate and complete to Contractor’s knowledge after commercially reasonable review or investigation, and reflect the “as-built” status for: (1) the Space Segment, as at the date of its Final Acceptance; and (2) in respect of any other Deliverable Item, as at the date of the Final Acceptance of such item.
