Common use of Accuracy of Documents Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Documents. All agreements, contracts, leases, titles, patents, copyrights, licenses, permits, trademarks and other documents delivered by the Seller to the Buyer for the Buyer's review in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, including without limitation, the certificate of incorporation, by-laws, corporate minutes and tax returns are true, correct and complete copies of all such agreements, contracts, titles and other documents.
