Accuracy of Information, Transmissions Through and Access to DV Platform. All information provided by the Agent to Vanguard through the DV Platform and pursuant to this Agreement will be accurate, complete and in the format prescribed by Vanguard. For each Order, the Agent will provide Vanguard with all information reasonably required by Vanguard to establish and maintain such Order (and any subsequent adjustments to such Order). The Agent will adopt, implement and maintain procedures reasonably designed to ensure the accuracy of all transmissions through the DV Platform and to limit the access to, and the inputting of data into, the DV Platform to persons specifically authorized by the Agent.
