Common use of Accuracy of Receivable Schedule/ Information Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Receivable Schedule/ Information. As of the Cut-off Date, the Receivable Schedule furnished by Seller will be in all material respects an accurate and complete listing of all the Contracts and related Receivables and the information contained therein with respect to such Contracts and related Receivables is true and correct as of such date. All information heretofore furnished by, or on behalf of, Seller to the Purchaser or the Trustee in connection with any Transaction Document, or any transaction contemplated thereby, is true and accurate in every material respect.
