The oil and natural gas reserve estimates of the Company and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2013, 2014 and 2015 contained in the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus are derived from reports that have been prepared by, or have been audited by, Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P., as set forth and to the extent indicated therein, and such estimates fairly reflect the oil and natural gas reserves of the Company and its subsidiaries, as applicable, at the dates indicated therein and are in accordance, in all material respects, with Commission guidelines applied on a consistent basis throughout the periods involved.
