Accuracy of Selling Parties’ Warranties. Except as otherwise permitted by this Agreement, all warranties by each of the Selling Parties in this Agreement, or in any written statement that will be delivered to Pathways by any of them under this Agreement, must be true on the closing date as though made at this time.
