Accuracy of the Information Provided. 7.1 All the information contained in this Agreement (including without limitation, those covered in the preamble hereof) is true and accurate. 7.2 All the information provided by Party A prior to the execution of this Agreement to Party B and its professional advisors, officers and other staff in connection with the Western Pipeline Assets was/will be true and accurate at the time of provision and during the period from the execution of this Agreement to the Closing Date. In addition, there does not exist any fact or circumstance that may render any of the above information untrue, inaccurate or misleading and has not been disclosed to Party B or its professional advisors in writing.
